Just moments after recording this, someone told me “You seem tough”. They had NO CLUE what I’d just spent the last ten minutes doing in the car, by myself.

I applaud your 'cheering friends successes' "from the sidelines". It is too rare that anyone applauds the success of others. More often people's success is resented by others- I'm glad that you are so-centered (centrado así).
All that God hath created is good. The things men do with them are not always so good, however. But everything is of God and can/will-be "reconciled".
